Melanie and Sandy Hallows enjoyed Downton Abbey Night at the Library
last Thursday night. A native of Albrighton, England, Sandy was
interested in the "Below Stairs" book because both of his parents had
been "in service" in the U.K. in their youth. He is supervisor of
intellectual disability services at Dickinson Center, Coudersport.
Melanie is office manager for Dr. Kunkle. The Hallows are taking a trip
