Kenneth A.
LeCrone, 72, of Lillibridge Creek, passed away Monday (Mar. 9, 2015) in UPMC
Hamot, Erie, PA.
Born
September 28, 1942, in Altoona, PA, he was a son of Earl C. and Louise G.
Peterson LeCrone. On Dec. 16, 1972, in Port Allegany, he married
Kathryn M. Cook, who died May 18, 1998.
Kenneth was
a veteran, having served in the US Navy.
Mr. LeCrone
was a longtime resident of the area coming from Williamsport, PA. He
attended the Evangelical Covenant Church, Port Allegany. He was a
life member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Surviving
are four sons, George C. (Elaine) LeCrone of Mercerville, NJ, Kenneth A.
(Tracy) LeCrone, Jr. of Troopsburg, NY, Dale A. (Adrienne) LeCrone of
Harrisburg, PA, Thomas J. LeCrone of Indianapolis, IN, and a stepson, Robert K.
(Bonnie) Easton of Port Allegany; a stepdaughter, Pamela J. McGuffee of
Williamsburg, VA; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a brother, George C.
(Anna Marie) LeCrone of Knoxville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
He was
preceded in death by his parents, and wife Kathryn.
Friends
will be received 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany,
where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (Mar. 14, 2015) with
Rev. J.T. Madison, pastor of the Evangelical Covenant Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.

can be made to the Evangelical Covenant Church or McKean County VNA.
