* LOCATIONS...NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 4 INCHES TODAY. 1 TO 2 INCHES TONIGHT.
  STORM TOTALS OF 6 TO 9 INCHES.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...FALLING TO 15 TO 20 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT
  AND FRIDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...THE PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW WILL OCCUR FROM THIS
  MORNING THROUGH THE EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED
  VISIBILITY. BLOWING SNOW WILL FURTHER REDUCE VISIBILITIES THIS
  EVENING AND TONIGHT. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS AND FROSTBITE.

* WINDS...EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH BECOMING NORTH AT 10 TO 20 MPH
  WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
