The National Weather Service in State College has extended
the FLASH FLOOD WATCH to include McKean, Potter, Cameron, Elk and Warren
Counties.
The WATCH extends through late tonight for possible heavy
showers and thunderstorms which could produce 2 to 3 inches of rain in less
than an hour.
