Quilter Jackie Hazen presents program to attendees at local library

Jackie Hazen, right, helped by Cyndee Smith,  holds up a quilt  made by a "circle of friends." Widely known for her long-arm quilting and other fabric craft skills, Hazen presented a program at Samuel W. Smith Library in Port Allegany last Thursday night, displaying many quilts collaboratively produced by quilting groups.
