Debra Rae (Saulter)
Moore, 58, of Port Allegany, died Tuesday (January 20, 2015) in the UPMC
Hamot, Erie.
She was born Aug 16,
1956 in Coudersport, a daughter of Raymond and Judith Ann Chilson Petteys, Sr. On Dec. 30, 2011, she married Emory Moore, who survives.
Debra was a 1974
graduate of Port Allegany High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh
at Bradford. She was the owner and operator of Video Visions in Port Allegany
for many years. She had many jobs throughout her life but the one she loved the
most was when she was caring for her sister Beth.
Deb had a very kind
heart and was an avid animal lover. She was loved by many and was a social
butterfly who talked to everyone as if they had been friends forever.
In addition to her
husband, she is survived by
One son: Alexander
Saulter of Greenwood, NY
One sister: Bethann
Howard of Port Allegany, PA
Two brothers: Raymond
(Linda) Petteys and Matthew (Holly) Petteys of Port Allegany, PA
A very special aunt,
Ella Biehler of Port Allegany, PA; C
A good friend and
caregiver Joy Brown of Port Allegany, PA.
Many nieces and
nephews
She was preceded in
death by her parents, a sister Mary DeCarlo and her step-mother Ruth Petteys.
There will be no
visitation. Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family

to the S.W. Smith Library, Port Allegany or the SPCA in Bradford
