Flash Flood WATCH for McKean County

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A 
 
* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA... INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...CAMERON...CLEARFIELD...ELK... 
MCKEAN...POTTER AND WARREN. 
 
* THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON 
 
* VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS IS FALLING OVER THE NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS AS OF 3 AM EDT AND ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY. JUST AN INCH TO AN INCH AND A HALF OF RAIN IN AN HOUR IS LIKELY TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
