Roulette Alumni Banquet

To all Roulette Alumni Association members:

As noted in our program at last year’s banquet we have decided to cut down on the mailing of invitations due to the rising cost of postage, printing, etc.  We will not be mailing invitations to anyone located in the Port Allegany, Roulette or Coudersport area and we have also decided to not mail invitations to anyone that has joined the Roulette Alumni page and also friends on Facebook.  We have dropped our mailing from over 700 invites to less than 200 saving the organization over approximately $150.  TC Specialties has offered to print what invitations that are needed at a minimal cost, I will be donating the address labels, the Association will purchase the postage stamps and my parents will apply the labels and stamps for mailing.  Again…this will save us over $150 just in mailing fees which does not include the cost of address corrections that we pay every year which I believe has amounted to at least $50 every year.  Please share this information with Family and Friends that you know are members and may be interested in attending the banquet this year.  All contact information is shown on the invitation. 

Remember…you must be an Association member to attend the banquet….the banquet is not open to the public.
