evening.
* Locations….the Northern Mountains and Laurel Mountains.
* Hazard types…snow.
* Accumulations…2 to 4 inches.
* Timing…the bulk of the snow will fall during the afternoon
and should taper off by early evening.
* Impacts…travel will be slowed due to snow covered roads.
* Winds…south 5 to 10 MPH with gusts up to 20 MPH.
* Temperatures….13 to 23.
