Rep.
Martin Causer presents a citation from the Pennsylvania House of
Representatives to retiring Lewis Run Borough Mayor Abbie Montecalvo.
Montecalvo is stepping down after 60 years of public service to the
borough of Lewis Run, first as a borough council member for four years
and then as mayor for 56 years.
