SATURDAY NIGHT.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL ON SNOW PACKED AND SLIPPERY ROADS.
* WINDS...EAST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH LOCAL GUSTS BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH.
