The last of the COTS (Concerts on the Town Square) series was held Thursday
night, August 29, with the music of Bill Abbey. Pictured are George Baxter with
his grandson, Aedon Tavenier who was visiting from New York and Adam
Rohrer and his daughter. The Port Allegany Womens Club sponsors the
