Mary Maluchnik and Bradley Tubbs from Port Allegany, PA are pleased to announce the arrival of Saraphina Marie Tubbs who was born on August 20th at Cole Memorial, Coudersport.
Saraphina weighed 8lbs. and 12.8 ounces.
