The Sandy Johnson School of Dance held summer
workshops during the week of July 15. The students received a two-hour,
non-stop dance class. Beginners to Intermediate students ran first
with the advanced tappers and jazz; hip hop classes following. "In a
workshop setting, students are challenged with tons of material in a
short amount of time, but leave the week wishing there was more!", says
owner/operator, Sandy Johnson. The students took time for a photo shoot
in some unexpected stages. The workshop also allowed students to meet
new faculty member, Teresa Ostrom. "Teresa has already developed a good
rapport with her students and they have welcomed her with open arms,"
says Mrs. Johnson. Pictured during the workshop are (front row, left
