BRADFORD, PA –
Pitt-Bradford will hold a seminar next week on OSHA’s Globally Harmonized
System.
The seminar will take
place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 18 in Room 200 of the Seneca Building
at 2 Main St., Bradford.
The seminar will
cover the revised requirements for the workplace under the new GHS subpart,
which will include training, new labels, Safety Data Sheet formatting, and
classification of chemicals. The seminar is designed to assist companies
covered under the Hazard Communication Standard grasp a better understanding of
what these regulations are and how to comply.
The cost of the
seminar is $29. Advance registration is required. Any company that registers
four employees can send the fifth one for free. For more information or to
