Marie E.
Williams, 65, of Keating Summit Rd., passed away Sunday (Jan. 11, 2015) in Cole
Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.
Born
December 24, 1949, in Port Allegany, she was a daughter of Edward T. and
Roberta R. Beason Cornelius. On April 2, 1966, in Port Allegany, she
married Terry A. Williams, Sr., who survives.
Marie was a
lifelong resident of the area and attended Port Allegany High
School.
She was an
avid pet lover, and bingo player.
Surviving
in addition to her husband, Terry, are two sons, Terry A. (Brenda) Williams of
Keating Summit, Wayne L. Williams of Bradford; two daughters, Crystal G.
Williams of Ridgway, and Kimberly A. Williams of Ocala, FL; three
granddaughters, Kierra Keck, Mercedes Buckins and Jade Williams; two sisters,
Alice Robbins of Port Allegany and Betty Wilfong of Parachute, CO; and several
nieces and nephews.
She was
preceded in death by her parents.
Friends are
invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 17, 2015) in the
Birch Grove Mennonite Church, Port Allegany, with Rev. Eugene VanGorder,
pastor, officiating.
Memorials
can be made to the McKean County SPCA.
Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port
Allegany.
