THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

* LOCATIONS...THE SNOW BELT AREAS OF WARREN AND MC KEAN COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION IN EXCESS OF 6 INCHES IS POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON INTO FRIDAY.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
