Open Arms Community Church and Grace Lutheran Church in Bradford are
collecting individually wrapped candy for the annual trunk or treat
event scheduled October 31.
"This is a fun family friendly event that has seen thousands of people
go through it over the years," said Pastor Mike McAvoy. "It's a great
opportunity to partner with Grace Lutheran Church and work together to
touch our community with the love of Jesus."
Candy can be dropped off at Open Arms Community Church in Bradford and at Grace Lutheran until Halloween night.
The event will take place during normal Trick or Treating hours in Bradford.
"It's a privilege to connect with the people of our community," he said.
Open Arms Port Allegany is also working on it's Trunk or Treat plans,
and details will be available soon. Last years event drew out large
crowds to both locations.
