Dusti Dennis, Executive Director of the McKean County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority, which owns the site of the planned Serenity
Glass Park at the site of the old Grande Theatre, spoke of the
Authority's ongoing role in the project, at the public announcement last
Wednesday, on Pittsburgh Corning's greenspace. Dennis also told of the
