The Mission Possible Team of the First
Presbyterian Church is sponsoring a Blanket Drive in support of Charlie
Kysor's Eagle Scout Project. They are collecting new and gently used
blankets of all sizes and will be collected through July 25th. On Sunday, July 20th, a kick-off will be held from 1 to 4 p.m.
Bring your blankets to donate and stay to enjoy food, fun and
fellowship. Hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, drinks and dessert will be
available for a small donation. Drop-off locations in addition to the
First Presbyterian Church are: Port Freeze and S. W. Smith Library.
Distribuion of blankets will take place on Sunday, July 27 from 1-4 p.m.
Anyone in need of a blanket is welcome to attend. Blankets left after
the distribution will be donated to PACS, Salvation Army of Bradford,
