Flash Flood WATCH

LOCALLY VERY HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT
FROM TRAINING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* A PORTION OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREAS...CAMERON...ELK...MCKEAN...POTTER...TIOGA AND WARREN.

* THROUGH LATE TONIGHT

* FREQUENT HEAVY SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
  MOVE NORTHEAST... AHEAD OF SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT. STORMS
  TRACKING ACROSS THE SAME LOCATION WILL LEAD TO THE POTENTIAL OF
  LOCALIZED VERY HEAVY RAIN. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY
  OCCURRED ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA SINCE LATE TUESDAY.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF AROUND 1.5 TO 2 INCHES OVER A FEW HOUR
  PERIOD WOULD PRODUCE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR DRAINAGE
  AREAS. IT WONT BE UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING WHEN THE FRONT MOVES
  EAST OF THE AREA...DIMINISHING THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAIN.
