THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING FOR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS FOR...WESTERN MCKEAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...WARREN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...UNTIL 400 AM EDT

* AT 1254 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... WARREN...BRADFORD...KANE...SHEFFIELD...COLUMBUS...YOUNGSVILLE... WETMORE...RUSSELL...SPRING CREEK...WESTLINE...SCANDIA...GARLAND...WARREN SOUTH...LUDLOW...MARSHBURG...LOTTSVILLE...ENTERPRISE...GRAND VALLEY...CHAPMAN STATE PARK AND KINZUA DAM.
