Fifteen members of the Port Allegany Track team made it to Districts, which were held in Brookville on Friday, May 16.
Christian Moses and Hunter Strawderman qualified in the shot put and Christian also qualified in the discus.
Krista Miller qualified in the 800 meter run, the 400 meter dash, triple jump and as a member of the 4x400 relay team.
Ben Setzer qualified in the high jump, 110 Hurdles, 300 meter hurdles, and as a member of the 4x400 relay team.
The boys 4x100 relay team of Dylan Evens, Gage Caulkins, Mac
Tanner and Tyler Kittilson, also qualified but will not be running at
districts to an injury to Mac Tanner. All of the boys also qualified in
other events. Dylan Evens qualified in the 100 meter dash, Gage
Caulkins in the 400 meter dash. Tyler and Gage are also members of the
4x400 relay.
Lynae Delacour qualified in the 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles, in
which she also reset her own school record, and as a member of the 4x100
and 4x400 relay teams.
Allison Lathrop qualified in the high jump and as a member of the 4x400 relay team.
Somer Buchsenschutz qualified in the pole vault, long jump and as a member of the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams.
Samantha Metzger qualified in long jump and the 200 meter dash.
Autume Buchsenschutz qualified as a member of the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams.
Trent Miller qualified in the 800 meter run and as a member of the 4x400 relay team.
Farrah Fischer qualified in the 4x100 relay.
