Watershed group to hold meeting, cleanup

PORT ALLEGANY—The Upper Allegheny Watershed Association will hold its spring meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, April 21 at the S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library at 201 East Maple Street.

The following Monday, April 26, will see members and other volunteers teaming up as a Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful cleanup brigade. They will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the ABC Restaurant at Burtville. Supplies will be provided. The group will meet for lunch at noon.

President Frank Weeks emphasizes that all UAWA activities are open to the public, with visitors and helpers welcome.
