The Port Allegany Youth Counselors sponsored
their annual Easter Egg Hunt today, Saturday, April 12th at 10 a.m. on Edison
Bates Drive (also known as Vo-tech Road). The hunt was for ages pre-K
through sixth grade.
Also today, at 1 p.m.,
will be the Tracy Chappell Memorial Easter Egg Hunt to be held at
Turtlepoint Park. This hunt is sponsored by the Turtlepoint Evangelical
Church, the Turtlepoint Community Park and other individuals from the
Turtlepoint area. There will be separate areas set up for various ages
groups including 3 and under, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. The event will begin
promptly at 1, so please be sure to arrive a little early and it will go
on in the rain, snow or sunshine! The Bridgeport Easter Egg Hunt has
been cancelled.
On April 19th,
from 10-11 on the Town Square, the Open Arms Community Church will
sponsor an Easter Egg Hunt with ages 3 and under, 4-6 and 7-10 age
groups. Getting ready for that hunt are Braelyn Taylor, Holden Smith
