appointment of Andrew Johnson, left, as McKean County's new 911 Center director
was announced Friday morning by McKean County Commissioners at the beginning of
their rescheduled "second Tuesday" meeting. Shown next to Johnson is
fellow Port Alleganian commissioner chairman Joe DeMott, along with
commissioner Cliff Lane and Economic Development director Sherri Geary. Geary
