* LOCATIONS...THE ALLEGHENY PLATEAU.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TODAY...THEN DANGEROUSLY
  LOW WIND CHILLS TONIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* WIND CHILLS...15 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING. A FEW HEAVY SNOW
  SQUALLS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW COVERED
  ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
  POTENTIAL FOR HYPOTHERMIA...AND FROST BITE TO UNPROTECTED SKIN
  IN JUST A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
