* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 20 BELOW.

* TIMING...TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS TONIGHT COULD CAUSE FROSTBITE
  TO EXPOSED SKIN AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...ZERO TO 5 BELOW ZERO.
