Wind Chill WATCH

WIND CHILL WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS CANCELLED THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHERN AND WESTERN MOUNTAINS OF PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS.

* WIND CHILLS...15 TO 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES HAVE RECOVERED SLIGHTLY AND THE WIND HAS   DIMINISHED ENOUGH THAT THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY HAS BEEN
  CANCELED. DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS ARE POSSIBLE AGAIN MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FOR HYPOTHERMIA AND FROST BITE TO UNPROTECTED SKIN IN JUST A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS EARLY TUESDAY MORNING BETWEEN 0 AND 10 BELOW ZERO.
