  NORTHERN CLINTON...NORTHERN LYCOMING...NORTHUMBERLAND...
  PERRY...POTTER...SCHUYLKILL...SNYDER...SOMERSET...SOUTHERN
  CENTRE...SOUTHERN CLINTON...SOUTHERN LYCOMING...SULLIVAN...

* WARMER TEMPERATURES WILL LEAD TO SUFFICIENT MELTING AND ICE
  BREAK-UP ON WATERWAYS IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. THE COMBINATION
  OF POTENTIAL ICE JAMS AND RAINFALL EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN ONE
  HALF INCH AND ONE INCH COULD RESULT IN FLOODING.

* ICE JAMS CAN FORM QUICKLY AND CAUSE SHARP BACKWATER RISES
  ESPECIALLY ON SMALLER STREAMS AND WHERE TRIBUTARIES FLOW INTO
  MAIN STEM RIVERS.
