Bernice Ralph is on Santa's "Nice" list, he assured her Tuesday
when he made an appearance at the Port Allegany Senior Center's
Christmas party. The "retired" teacher is a perpetually busy volunteer,
at the elementary school, the library and the senior center. Santa's
