to refrain from contacting each other.
Last Wednesday at 5:20 p.m. Officer Colin Strawcutter
received a call from a juvenile female who said she was at a house in town with
several people and that her iPod had been stolen on Sunday.
Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Chief Dave Distrola received

and the caller wanted to leave contact information in case someone called
searching for the dogs.
At 6:53 p.m. Officer Adam Dickerson arrested Brian Lute on a
bench warrant for DUI from the McKean County Court. Lute was remanded to McKean
County Jail.
Saturday at 4:45 p.m. Dickerson conducted a requested
welfare check at 17 South Main Street. There he found Norm Kitchen dead.
Dickerson found no signs of criminal activity. The coroner was contacted.
