Ada Carr and Derek Cottrell from Port Allegany, PA
are pleased to announce the arrival of Owen
James Carr who was born on November 25th at Cole Memorial.
Owen weighed 4 lbs. and 2.5 ounces. He joins his brother Carson and his
sister Tiona.
