A Lakes Effect Snow ADVISORY is in effect for McKean and
Warren Counties through Noon today.
Up to several inches are possible for the affected area
through this morning.
Cold northwesterly flow traversing and extensive length of
Lake Erie will pick up abundant moisture and create a few slow bands of lake
effect snow showers affecting the region though this morning.
