Port resident cited for harassment

A 36 year old Port Allegany man was invested recently by state police locally.  PSP Kane tells Port Allegany Online that they investigated an incident of harassment after Ronald Lewis Rupert of Lower Portage Road allegedly shoved a known female victim between 11:30pm September 7^th and 12:01am on the 8^th.  The incident took place between Moody Hollow and Champlain Hill, McKean County.  Rupert was cited for the incident which left the known female with a bruised knee.
