Benefit Weekend

A benefit to help with travel and medical expenses for Mike "Beef" Ventresca will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 6, 7 and 8 at Moe's Bar and Grill located at 68 Mill Street in Port Allegany. "Beefapalooza" will feature DJ Bill Friday night, a collection of local bands including Just Another Distraction on Saturday and a pulled-pork BBQ dinner on Sunday and much more. Mr. Ventresca was recently diagnosed with lung cancer and will be traveling back and forth to Pittsburgh for chemotherapy and will eventually face surgery.
