Congratulations to Bill Kohler, fair
director and member of the executive board for the McKean County Fair,
who was honored Monday
night as a fair ambassador by the Pennsylvania Department of
Agriculture. I was honored to join Boots Hetherington, administrator of
the state’s fair fund, in making the presentation to Bill in recognition
of his hard work and dedication.
