meeting of the Port Allegany Rotary Club. Shelton, who works for
United Health Care, presented a program on PPACA, Obama Care and ACA
(Affordable Care Act). There were 21 Rotarians present for a
reportable attendance of 78 percent. In addition to Shelton and
Shalkowski, other guests included Dann Shalkowski, Kelly Bruno, a guest
of Joe Lashway, and visiting Rotarian Troy Herzog. The Lucky Rotarian
