the Kittanning Leader Times, where he was Officer Carley for 11 years
prior to coming to Port A. I think he said he had served in Port for 27
years. He did not run for reelection this year, so it looks as if he
will retire at the end of the year.

Mayor Don Carley...the early years
Mayor Don Carley is at the left in the middle line of this photo from
